Pretix Release 3.10.0

Pretix 3.10.0 ist ab sofort verfügbar, die Installation funktioniert über eine Paketverwaltungssoftware von Python (pip). Die neuen Docker Images erscheinen in den nächsten Stunden in der Docker Hub.

Alle, die bereits Kunden von Pretix sind, nutzen die Veröffentlichung automatisch und brauchen nichts weiter tun.

Länderspezifische Besteuerung

Pretix erlaubt nun die Zuweisung unterschiedlicher Mehrwertsteuersätze je nach Land, aus dem der Kunde kommt. Zuvor war es nur möglich, die Besteuerung vollständig auf der Grundlage des Landes ein- oder auszuschalten. Während dies für Veranstaltungen in den meisten Ländern nicht erforderlich ist, wird es für Online-Veranstaltungen, die sich an Verbraucher in der EU richten, oder für den Versand von Waren über EU-Grenzen hinweg benötigt.

Wenn Sie Tageskarten für Ihren Veranstaltungsort verkaufen, könnte es passieren, dass Ihnen Einnahmen entgehen, wenn Sie keine Karten mehr verkaufen können, auch wenn einige Karteninhaber Ihren Veranstaltungsort bereits früh am Tag verlassen. In der letzten Version von pretix haben wir bereits die Möglichkeit eingeführt, Tickets am Ausgang der Veranstaltung zu scannen. Jetzt können Sie noch einen Schritt weiter gehen und automatisch neue Tickets für Ihren Online-Shop freigeben, sobald die Besucher Ihren Veranstaltungsort verlassen haben, und so den verfügbaren Platz voll ausnutzen.

Veranstaltungsübergreifende Exporte

Es ist nun möglich, Exporte (z.B.: Excel-Tabelle aller Bestellungen und Rechnungen) nicht nur für einzelne Veranstaltungen, sondern für alle Veranstaltungen in einem Veranstalterkonto herunterzuladen.
